Vestibular Rehabilitation

The vestibular system, which controls balance and proprioception (knowing where you body is in space) can be a source of significant pathology across many patient populations. Whether one’s vestibular dysfunction is centrally mediated (coming from a lack of control from the brain) or peripherally involved (inner ear related) the therapists at Evolution Sports are trained to help.

One of the most common causes of dizziness is Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). In BPPV, patients experience severe dizziness and some times even loss of balance due to a problem of the inner ear.

The therapists at Evolution Sports have nearly 20 years experience treating such pathologies. In some instances vertigo symptoms can be resolved in just 1-2 office treatments.
