Volleyball Sports Performance Clinic

The Volleyball Clinic is geared towards volleyball athletes who want to increase their power development, build strength, improve their movement mechanics, and reduce their injury risk leading into the fall season. We will be testing box jump and vertical jump heights, as well as following a structured strength training program ensuring proper technique and weight progression. This program caters to all experience levels in the weight room.
